Shipping / Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. There are a few exceptions due to carrier restrictions. If you’re able to check out, we can ship to your location.

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping transit typically takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated total delivery time is 3–17 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Standard U.S. orders: $5.99
Standard International orders: $7.99
All shipping options include tracking.

In some cases, international orders may be subject to customs/import fees based on your country’s rules. These charges are handled by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx (where available) and local postal partners. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and the fastest available route.

Orders

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives (within the return window).

Tracking

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email.

Tracking tips:

  • You’ll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch (first carrier scan)

Returns & Refunds

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused/unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Once your return is delivered to us, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact our support team immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Sizing

Most items are designed to fit true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the best match. If you prefer a looser or more fitted look, sizing up or down can help.
